- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customised or personalised items.
- Intimate apparel such as undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and use the provided label or your preferred shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 3 Business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
